Man Utd meet with agent over Brazil international’s proposed £36.7m transfer

Manchester United are reportedly in the process of finalising Brazil international’s Felipe Anderson’s January move to Old Trafford.

The 13-time Premier League champions, who defeated Swansea City 2-1 at the weekend, have thought to have met with the Lazio winger’s agent to discuss the potential £36.7m transfer this month.

The 22-year-old, who made his international debut against Mexico back in June 2015, has scored five goals in 25 appearances in all competitions for the Serie A outfit so far this season.

Red Devils Louis van Gaal, who is under pressure from United fans to play attractive attacking football at the Theatre of Dreams this term, wants to seal a marquee signing in January to boost the club’s chances of a late title bid.
