Man Utd ready to stump up £33m for Brazil’s attacking midfielder

Manchester United are reportedly plotting a £33m move for Brazil international Felipe Anderson in January.

The 13-time Premier League champions, who drew 0-0 against defending champions Chelsea on Monday night, are long-term admirers of the Lazio attacking midfielder.

The 22-year-old, who made his international debut against Mexico back in June, has scored five goals and assisted three more in 25 appearances for the Serie A outfit so far this season.

Manager Louis van Gaal is keen on recruiting a star player during the forthcoming transfer window in a bid to save his job at Old Trafford this New Year.
