Manchester United forward Anthony Martial reportedly wants to leave the club in January.

The 26-year-old has found his game time limited this term, making just two starts in the Premier League and one in the Champions League.

Now, according to his agent, Philippe Lamboley, the France international has is seeking a move in order to find regular football.

“Anthony wishes to leave the club in January,” Lamboley told Sky Sports News.

“He just needs to play. He doesn’t want to stay in January and I will speak to the club soon.”

Martial has struggled for minutes this season.

Martial, who has a contract until June 2024 with the option of a further 12 months, signed for the Old Trafford club in 2015 from AS Monaco.

He has since scored 79 goals in 268 matches in an inconsistent spell with the Red Devils.

The striker netted a season’s best 23 goals in all competition in the 2019/20 campaign but has scored just eight times in hist last 46 matches.

Martial also hasn’t made an appearance in either of Ralf Rangnick’s first two matches in charge.
