Manchester United are eyeing a swoop for Marseille star Boubacar Kamara, according to reports.

The 22-year-old is out of contract in the summer and, according to The Athletic, the Red Devils are keen to add the midfielder to their squad.

It’s claimed that United and interim boss Ralf Rangnick have earmarked Kamara as a potential replacement for Paul Pogba, who is expected to leave Old Trafford when his contract expires in the summer.

Juventus, Real Madrid and Barcelona have all been linked with the 2018 World Cup winner.

Paul Pogba’s second spell at Man Utd is reportedly nearing its end.

Kamara came through the ranks at Marseille and has played over 125 times for the club at senior level.

Bayern Munich and Barcelona are also interested in signing the defensive midfielder who’s played 22 times in all competitions.

Kamara previously turned down a switch to the Premier League, rejecting moves to Wolves and Newcastle United in the last transfer window.
