Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is under huge pressure at Manchester United.

Despite signing Raphael Varane, Jadon Sancho and Cristiano Ronaldo in a headline hitting transfer window, the Red Devils have failed to live up to expectations.

The Red Devils are sixth in the league having lost four of their last six league matches, including 5-0 and 2-0 home defeats against Liverpool and Man City respectively.

The Sun have now reported that Leicester City boss Brendan Rodgers, who inflicted a 4-2 defeat on United in October, has been hunting for a new family home within the vicinity of Old Trafford.

There’s huge pressure on Solskjaer’s shoulders.

It’s claimed the Northern Irishman, who led the Foxes to the FA Cup last term, is the 13-time Premier League winners’ first choice to replace Solskjaer should they sack the Norwegian.

Rodgers is reportedly searching for a property in Wilmslow and Alderley Edge areas which are around 25 minutes from the Theatre of Dreams.

It’s thought that this development means United have taken a ‘step closer’ to replace Solskjaer with the ex-Liverpool and Celtic boss.
