Manchester City are reportedly considering a move for Bayern Munich midfielder Thiago Alcantara.
The two-time Premier League champions are said to be interested in the Spain international, despite the player being dogged by injury over the past 18 months at the Allianz Arena.
The 24-year-old, who joined the Bundesliga champions from Barcelona back in 2013, has managed eight first-team appearances for Pep Guardiola’s side so far this season.
However last term; Alcantara managed just 13 matches for Munich, scoring twice.
Before his move to Germany; Alcantara was linked with Premier League moves to both Manchester City and United, although Manuel Pellegrini’s side are also now reportedly in for Juventus superstar Paul Pogba.
