Manchester United have reportedly joined the chase to sign France Under-21 international striker Moussa Dembele, according to the Independent.
The Premier League side, who were knocked out by Chelsea in Monday’s FA Cup quarter-final clash, are the latest potential suitors to be linked with Celtic’s in-form forward ahead of the summer transfer window.
The 20-year-old has impressively scored 32 goals and provided seven assists in 45 appearances in all competitions for the runaway Scottish Premiership champions so far this season.
Dembele, who is a France Under-21 international, arrived at Parkhead following his move from Championship outfit Fulham back in June 2016.
The report suggests The Red Devils have joined Premier League rivals Chelsea in the race to land Dembele, who is also said to be interesting the likes of Arsenal, Liverpool and defending Ligue 1 champions Paris Saint-Germain.
Dembele made two Premier League appearances for former club Fulham during the 2013-14 campaign, but failed to find the back of the net.
