Manchester United chief executive Ed Woodward wants one further signing after Jadon Sancho, according to Manchester Evening News

It has been a storming start for the Red Devils since football returned in June. The North West giants are yet to lose a game and have won their last three matches whilst playing some scintillating football.

However, the club will know more they have a lot more to do if they are to close the huge gap at the top of the Premier League to arch rivals Liverpool and Manchester City.

United Chief Executive Ed Woodward will be under pressure to bring players to the club.

Both Ed Woodward and manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will be keen to bring in quality players again this summer, with wide reports suggesting Borussia Dortmund winger Jadon Sancho is at the top of their wish list.

However, the Manchester Evening News are reporting that United are keen to sign a midfielder to increase competition for places.

As things stand Solskjaer has Paul Pogba, Bruno Fernandes, Nemanja Matic, Fred and Scott McTominay to choose from. But Aston Villa startlet Jack Grealish could also be added to that list by the time next season comes around.
