Manchester United in talks with Paris Saint-Germain over 19-year-old midfielder Eric-Junior Dina Ebimbe, according to the Daily Star.

With wide reports suggesting United’s hope to sign Sporting Lisbon’s Bruno Fernandes, a deal that seemed to be over the line a week ago, means United are desperate for reinforcements.

Chief executive Ed Woodward and manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer have come under intense scrutiny in the last 24 hours, following the Red Devils’ awful performance last night losing 2-0 to Burnley at Old Trafford.

United Chief Executive Ed Woodward has come under a lot of pressure in the last 24 hours.

With Paul Pogba and Soctt McTominay injured and Fernandes seemingly not arriving, United are very short in central midfield and according to the Daily Star have turned their attentions to Dina-Ebimbe of PSG.

The central midfielder is currently plying his trade on loan at Ligue 2 side Le Harve starting 18 of their 20 matches this term.

However, having not started a senior game for the French champions, it’s fair to say that the France U20 international is not the finished article just yet.
