The Brazil international’s contract with the West London club expires at the end of June and both parties are yet to agree an extension.

Chelsea have the end of Tuesday to agree a deal with Willian otherwise the player will be free to leave the club on a free transfer, with many possible suitors.

Chelsea boss Frank Lampard won’t want to lose Willian.

Reports from the MailOnline, Man United have been offered the chance to snap up the talented and experienced winger.

However, at 31-years-old, it is thought Willian does not fit the type of player United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is looking to sign, instead preferring young British talent.

Although, Willian has been such a consistent performer for Chelsea over a number of seasons now and has proven Premier League experience, will this be too good an opportunity for the Red Devils to turn down?
