Manchester United will be looking to bank another three points in the Premier when they travel to Goodison Park to face Everton after the international break.

The Red Devils secured a 1-0 win when they welcomed Premier League newcomers Luton Town to Old Trafford last time out, meaning that Erik ten Hag’s side have won four of their last five league games.

However, it has been quite the contrast in the Champions League as the Manchester outfit sit bottom of their group with just three points from four games.

The Red Devils were recently defeated 4-3 by FC Copenhagen. Still, they have the chance to revive their chances of reaching the knockout stages when they face Turkish side Galatasaray towards the end of November.

Despite games coming thick and fast for United, winger Jadon Sancho remains excluded from the squad.

It appears that finding a way out of the club in January will be challenging for him.

According to the Daily Mirror, Manchester United will not allow Sancho to leave cheaply in January, despite Ten Hag wanting rid of the player.

Sancho faces an uncertain future at Old Trafford

Since September, Sancho has been completely frozen from the first-team squad after refusing to apologise to Ten Hag for comments made on social media.

The England international was responding to a claim by Ten Hag that his attitude had been poor, resulting in him being left out of the squad to face Arsenal.

The winger has also been banned from sharing the facilities with the first-team squad.

Sancho, 23, joined United from Borussia Dortmund in the summer of 2021 for around £73m after a string of exceptional performances for the German side.

However, the 23-year-old has struggled to hit the ground running since arriving at Manchester United.

In 82 appearances for the Manchester outfit, Sancho has scored 12 goals and notched six assists.

In contrast, in 137 appearances for the Black and Yellows, the winger bagged 50 goals and contributed 64 assists.

The attacker is contracted to the club until 2026 with the option of another year.
