Manchester United’s hopes of landing a deal for top target Antoine Griezmann look to have been dealt a blow, as they turn their gaze elsewhere.

According to reports from The Independent, Jose Mourinho is considering other options after a deal for the French superstar ‘lessened in priority’ due to the difficulty of arranging an agreement.

Mbappe is already a favourite with United fans having bagged a goal at The Etihad.

With a move for the Atletico Madrid man looking less likely, the Red Devils, who saw their top four hopes dealt a blow at the weekend thanks to a 1-1 draw with ten-man Bournemouth at Old Trafford, are considering offers for two strikers at opposing ends of their careers.

The powers that be in the red half of Manchester are reportedly considering moves for either 28-year-old Robert Lewandowski or Monaco wonder-kid, Kylian Mbappe, who is ten year’s the Pole’s junior.

Both strikers have been in remarkable for this season, with the Bayern Munich man bagging 30 goals thus far, four more than United’s top man Zlatan Ibrahimovic, and the Monaco youngster having grabbed 13 himself.
