Real Madrid and Wales star, Gareth Bale, has ended Man United’s hopes of landing any deal by signing a new contract with the Galacticos, according to Spanish radio station, Cope (via The Express).

The Wales international was reportedly a target for Jose Mourinho as he looks to reassert the star attraction of a move to Old Trafford, following the additions of the likes of Paul Pogba and Zlatan Ibrahimovic over the summer.

His new deal is reportedly worth in the region of £91m in order to stop his head being turned by a move back to the Premier League, where he spent six years with Tottenham before moving to the Spanish giants.

As well as signing on the former Southampton man, Zindane’s side have also tied down former Red Devil, Cristiano Ronaldo to a new deal, claim the radio station.

Since arriving in Madrid the 27-year-old has scored 61 goals in 131 appearances, and would have been another star addition to Mourinho’s side.
