One player West Brom could sign before September 2nd

With interest in centre back Joleon Lescott, it would seem that The Baggies could be on the search to fill his place. It has been reported that the club have allowed the former England international to leave after he was struggling to make the starting line-up, following James Chester’s arrival from Hull in the summer, however Tony Pulis has made it clear that he wants to bring someone in before letting the 32-year-old depart. With Tottenham’s Federico Fazio failing to agree personal terms – though that deal could still go through – Jonny Evans, rated at £8 million, could well find himself at the Hawthorns by next week.
