Chelsea welcome high-flying Arsenal to Stamford Bridge for what promises to be a thrilling London derby on Saturday.

The Blues started the new season slowly but have won their last two Premier League matches, defeating Burnley 4-1 at Turf Moor in their last outing before the international break.

The Gunners, meanwhile, remain unbeaten and have won six of their eight league matches including an impressive 1-0 victory over reigning champions Manchester City last time out.

Chelsea boss Mauricio Pochettino will be hoping that his side can continue their momentum on Saturday, but in the meantime it appears that one of his defenders is ready to leave West London.

As per 90min, centre-back Trevoh Chalobah is prepared to leave Chelsea during the upcoming January transfer window, as he continues to struggle for chances.

Chalobah looks likely to leave Chelsea in January

The 24-year-old is a product of Chelsea’s youth academy and had been a regular for the club over the past two seasons, under previous managers Thomas Tuchel and Frank Lampard.

He is yet to feature since Pochettino’s arrival, though, primarily due to injury.

Over the summer Chalobah was the subject of offers from both German champions Bayern Munich, and fellow Premier League side Nottingham Forest, but a move away from Stamford Bridge never materialised.

In total the Englishman has made 63 appearances for his boyhood club at senior level, scoring on four occasions.

The report also claims that, while Chelsea would prefer to sell Chalobah in January, the club would also entertain the prospect of loaning him out if permanent offers aren’t received.

Bundesliga giants Bayern are said to still be interested in signing Chalobah, while fellow German club Borussia Dortmund are also keeping tabs on his situation.

Premier League sides Newcastle United, Brentford, and Fulham are also interested in the centre-back, the report claims.
