Palace scout Blackburn’s Scotland international

Crystal Palace are reportedly ready to test Blackburn Rover’s resolve over defender Grant Hanley.

The Championship outfit have already rejected two approaches for the 23-year-old from East Lancashire rivals Burnley this week, but now the Eagles are set to swoop as well.

Hanley, who has 17 international caps for Scotland, scored one goal in 32 appearances in all competitions for Gary Bowyer’s side last season.

It is understood that the Premier League club scouted the centre-half yesterday during Blackburn’s 2-1 defeat to Wolverhampton Wanderers on the opening day of the 2015-16 campaign.
