Manchester United have been urged to try and sign Gabon international superstar Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, by former Red Devils striker Louis Saha.

The Premier League side, who sit joint-top of the top-flight standings this term and host Everton at Old Trafford on Sunday, should land the Borussia Dortmund striker if they wish to grow even stronger following their solid start to the 2017-18 season.

The 28-year-old, who has 55 international caps for his country, has already scored six goals in six appearances in all competitions for the Bundesliga outfit this campaign.

Aubameyang, who was linked with a move away from Germany earlier this summer, with Real Madrid heavily linked with the Gabonese gem, netted an outstanding 40 goals in 46 outings for Dortmund overall last term.

“He’s very quick and he’s got the eye for the ball all the time,” Saha said.

“He’s really impressed me in the last few years.

“And he’s still a player you feel is still stepping up. He really wants to improve. I think he would be a good addition.”
