Premier League: Chadli v Hazard

Chelsea could be crowned 2016-17 Premier League champions on Friday night when Antonio Conte’s men visit West Bromwich Albion at The Hawthorns (20:00).

The Baggies, who have lost four of their last five top-flight outings, currently sit eighth in the league standings and will be looking to avenge December’s 1-0 defeat at Stamford Bridge late last year.

Meanwhile The Blues, who hold a seven-point lead over runners-up Tottenham Hotspur heading into the final three fixtures, will lift the Premier League trophy with victory in the Midlands, with what would be their fourth straight league win.

For the hosts, winger Nacer Chadli will be looking to spoil the visitors’ party, having been directly involved in 10 league goals this season for Tony Pulis’ side.

As for Chelsea, forward and fellow Belgian Eden Hazard has been instrumental in The Blues’ title bid, having scored 15 top-flight strikes this campaign.
