Chelsea return to Stamford Bridge on Monday night as 2016-17 Premier League champions when they host Watford (20:00).

The Blues, who wrapped up the English top-flight title on Friday night following their hard fought 1-0 victory at West Bromwich Albion, have a fully fit squad ahead of tonight’s penultimate league fixture.

Meanwhile The Hornets, who similarly played last Friday, but lost 1-0 at Goodison Park to the hands of Everton, have slipped down to 16th spot in the Premier League table after four straight defeats.

For Antonio Conte’s champions, striker Diego Costa is set to make his 35th league appearance for Chelsea this term, having netted 20 times already – playing a huge role in The Blues’ title-winning campaign.

As for Walter Mazzarri’s visitors, fellow forward and captain Troy Deeney’s 10 Premier League strikes this season have proved pivotal, with Watford hovering just two places above the relegation zone, though thankfully the bottom three places have all been confirmed now.

So, ahead of kick-off tonight, here is how key men Costa and Deeney match up so far this season…
