AFC Bournemouth and Swansea City are reportedly prepared to go head-to-head in a bid to sign Championship ace Alan Judge.

The Premier League duo, who currently sit 17th and 14th in the standings respectively, have been monitoring the Republic of Ireland winger’s situation at Brentford this term.

The 26-year-old, who originally arrived at Griffin Park from Blackburn Rovers on loan last January, has gone onto score 15 goals in 75 appearances for the Bees since.

However Judge, who is a former Ireland Under-21 international, has alerted top-flight suitors this campaign after scoring both goals in Brentford’s 2-1 win over Rotherham United last weekend, meaning he has now found the back of the net five times in 12 league appearances this season.
