Champions Chelsea host relegated Sunderland as the curtain comes down on another fascinating Premier League campaign.

Antonio Conte’s men sealed their fifth title in 12 years with a 1-0 win at West Brom last week, and backed that up with a 4-3 success at home to Watford on Monday night, their first match back at Stamford Bridge since becoming champions.

And they have the chance to end the season on a high and break a Premier League record with a 30th win of the campaign on Sunday, and Conte will look to star man Eden Hazard to lead his side to one more league victory.

For Sunderland though, Sunday will be their final Premier League game for at least a year after a disastrous campaign has seen David Moyes’ side relegated from the top tier.

The Black Cats have managed just six wins from their 37 league matches and as a result will be playing Championship football next term, but they’ll look to finish the campaign with a bit of pride by getting a result at Stamford Bridge.

And Moyes will look to midfielder Sebastian Larsson in a bid to cause a shock in West London on Sunday.

So, with these two key attackers set to go head-to-head on Sunday, here is how Hazard and Larsson match up in the league this season…
