Manchester United have scored just one goal in their last four matches in all competitions, and they know they will have to sharpen up when West Brom come to Old Trafford on Saturday.

The Red Devils’ last two matches in the Premier League have ended in goalless draws, and things won’t get any easier against Tony Pulis’ Baggies, who are known for their resolute defending.

Louis van Gaal will be looking to his main striker, Wayne Rooney, who scored the only goal in their last four matches in the Champions League win against CSKA Moscow on Tuesday, to provide the ammunition.

England’s record goalscorer has come under criticism from his own supporters this term though, netting just two Premier League goals in 1o appearances.

On the opposition side, Albion new-boy Salomon Rondon took time to adapt to the English top-flight, but he has scored in his last two appearances and will be hoping to build on that in the ‘Theatre of Dreams’.

Here’s how the duo match-up so far this term…
