Paris Saint-Germain are keen to sign Chelsea duo Eden Hazard and Thibaut Courtois in the summer, according to the Sunday Express.

The Ligue 1 leaders knocked the Blues out of the Champions League during the week, and with Guus Hiddink’s men looking unlikely to secure a top four finish in the league, Laurent Blanc is ready to swoop for two of their stars.

A number of clubs, including Real Madrid, have been linked with a move for Hazard, who has endured a disappointing campaign after winning the PFA Player of the Year award last time out, but the Belgian came under further criticism when he swapped shirts at half-time during the defeat to PSG at Stamford Bridge on Wednesday night.

Meanwhile, Courtois is rated as one of the best young goalkeepers in the world, and the French club could move for the 23-year-old as they look for a long term replacement for Salvatore Sirigu.
