Saints and Spurs chase unsettled FC Porto star

Southampton and Tottenham are both reportedly monitoring FC Porto ace Giannelli Imbula.

The Premier League duo, who sit ninth and eighth in the table respectively, have joined La Liga giants Real Madrid in the chase for the French midfielder.

The 23-year-old, who only signed a five-year deal with the Portuguese outfit from Ligue 1 side Marseille back in July, has impressed in the six league games so far this season for Porto.

But having arrived at the Estádio do Dragão for a reported fee of £17.5m over the summer, rumours have started circulating that Imbula has become increasingly unsettled in Portugal and is struggling to adapt to life in the Primeira Liga.
