Sevilla are reportedly interested in signing France international forward Anthony Martial, according to Marca.
The La Liga side, who defeated Rayo Vallecano 4-1 during their league opener last weekend, have been linked with a late swoop to snap up the Manchester United winger before the close of the European transfer window on August 31.
The 22-year-old, who has 18 international caps for his country, made his first appearance of the season for The Red Devils on Sunday during their 3-2 loss at Brighton and Hove Albion, but was taken off after 60 minutes of play.
Martial, who arrived at Old Trafford back in September 2015 following his move from AS Monaco, in a deal worth up to £58m, has scored 36 goals in 137 appearances in all competitions for the club overall.
However, the French forward, who was left out of his country’s World Cup-winning squad earlier this summer in Russia, has emerged as a shock transfer target for Spanish side Sevilla before next Friday’s deadline.
Martial is contracted at The Theatre of Dreams until June 2019, and is valued at £58.5m.
