Here at Shoot! we are always keeping a very close eye on the latest transfer stories and speculation doing the rounds, before giving you the low down on exactly who your club could be landing this summer.

With Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho having got one over his old club Chelsea at the weekend with their 2-0 win at Old Trafford, it looks as if the Portuguese could beat them to a joint target this summer, as both clubs move to land right-back Nelson Semedo.

United were supposedly close to landing a deal for the Benfica man in January, however, a move failed to materialise.

That hasn’t stopped their interest though, with the most recent reports from the continent suggesting that the west Londoners are ready to battle their old boss for the signature of the 23-year-old.

However, with Mourinho seemingly hell-bent on overhauling his defence all season long, he won’t be giving up on this one too easily.

With that in mind, it seems highly likely that Semedo could be in the Premier League next season, so we sent some of our Shoot! scouts over to Portugal to take a look, here is what they noted down…
