One of the Premier League’s top summer transfers this summer, Chelsea’s new £57m addition Jorginho is named in our three-man midfield, too.

Having scored his first goal for the club from the penalty spot at Huddersfield, the Italy international, 26, has hit the ground running for The Blues, after reportedly snubbing a move to Premier League champions Manchester City this summer.

Jorginho scored four goals and provided four assists in 39 outings for Serie A outfit Napoli last season.
