Manager of the Month: Uwe Rosler (Fleetwood Town)

In his first season in charge at Highbury, the former Brentford and Leeds United manager looks as though he could well take Fleetwood up to the Championship.

They ended January with four wins and a draw, with their only dropped points coming at home to Southend United in a 1-1 draw.

The most impressive result was a 2-0 win away at Sheffield United and Rosler will be eager to keep the momentum going as the business end of the season approaches.
