Although Eden Hazard had a torrid season last time out, he has been reborn under Conte this term.

The Belgian international scored a paltry four Premier League goals last season as he struggled under Jose Mourinho and then Guus Hiddink, but he surpassed that tally in the Blues’ 2-0 win over Southampton at the end of October.

Two more goals and an incredible performance against Everton means Hazard is one of the most in-form players in the division, and looking even better than the attacker we saw help inspire Chelsea to the Premier League in the 2014/15 campaign.

He cannot be left out of this side.
