Arguably the weakest area in both squads, Luke Shaw just about gets the nod over the dependable Nacho Monreal because of what we’ve seen from him in the past, and the undoubted potential he possesses.

The England international may not be fancied by manager Jose Mourinho, for one reason or another, but in his short time at United when injury-free, he has performed in a similar way to what earned him the move from Southampton in 2014.

Monreal has done well this season but looked a bit off the pace prior to the international break, so Shaw just gets the nod.
