Premier League champions Liverpool travel to London to face Chelsea on Sunday afternoon.

The reds have been in fantastic form for the vast majority of the season and were crowned winners on Sunday courtesy of a 5-1 victory against Tottenham Hotspur.

That win moved Arne Slot’s side 15 points clear at the top of the standings, an unassailable lead over second-placed Arsenal with just four games remaining.

Slot’s becomes just the second manager in history to guide Liverpool to the Premier League title, following Jurgen Klopp’s success in 2020.

Despite their triumphant season, it appears that this summer could be one of significant change at Anfield.

According to TEAMtalk, six first team players could leave Liverpool during the upcoming summer transfer window.

The report claims that midfielder Harvey Elliott is among those that could leave the club, with sides both in England and further afield showing interest in the player.

Newcastle United and Borussia Dortmund are both said to be keeping tabs on the 22-year-old, who hasn’t started a single Premier League match this season.

The report claims that Liverpool could be willing to listen to offers in excess of £45 million for the England youth international.

Central defender Ibrahima Konate is also touted as a player that could leave Merseyside this summer, despite the Frenchman having started 27 league games so far this term.

It is claimed that European giants Paris Saint-Germain and Real Madrid are showing interest in the centre-back, while clubs the Saudi Pro League are also listed as potential suitors.

Left-back Kostas Tsimikas is another player that could leave the club, as well as back-up goalkeeper Caoimhin Kelleher.

Saudi side Al-Nassr, meanwhile, are said to be interested in winger Luis Diaz, who could be allowed to leave if they can find a replacement for the Colombian.

Finally, young defender Jarrell Quansah is another first team player that could depart Anfield before the start of next season.

The Englishman was heavily linked with a move to Newcastle last summer, and the report suggests that the Magpies remain interested in the centre-back.
