Wales international Joe Allen is reportedly attracting interest from up to six clubs this summer, according to The Telegraph.

The 26-year-old, who has 31 international caps for his country and starred for Chris Coleman’s side as the Dragons reached the semi-finals of EURO 2016 earlier this week, scored three goals and provided three assists in 37 appearances in all competitions for Liverpool last season.

However; Allen’s career at Anfield is up in the air as Reds boss Jurgen Klopp hasn’t spoken to the midfielder about his long-term future, with only 12 months remaining on the Welshman’s current contract.

The report suggests that at least six clubs; including Premier League rivals Southampton and Swansea City, plus Europa League champions Sevilla and an unnamed Russian outfit, are all interested in his services ahead of the forthcoming 2016/17 campaign.

Francesco Guidolin’s Swansea have already failed with one offer to re-sign Allen, with Liverpool demanding £11m for the Carmarthen-born star.
