Spurs and Everton to battle it out for world renowned midfielder

Tottenham and Everton are reportedly trying to sign AC Milan midfielder Keisuke Honda.

Both clubs have brought in just five players between them so far this summer and are looking to strengthen before the window shuts.

Honda joined the San Siro side two years ago but is now surplus to requirements under new manager Sinisa Mihajlovic.

This has sparked interest from Spurs and the Toffees who are both keen on given the Japan star an opportunity to come and showcase his talents in the Premier League.
