Tottenham Hotspur finish their pre-season campaign when they face German giants Bayern Munich on Saturday.

Spurs were beaten 2-1 by the Bundesliga side in another friendly last weekend, and manager Ange Postecoglou will be hoping to see his side overturn that result this time around.

After making a sensational start to his first season in charge, Postecoglou’s side eventually finished fifth in the Premier League table last term and therefore missed out on qualification for the Champions League.

He will be keen to ensure his side challenge for a place in the top four once again, and Tottenham have since bolstered their squad with the signings of Archie Gray and Lucas Bergvall.

Now, though, it appears that one of the North London club’s fringe players could soon leave.

As per Football Insider, the Lilywhites are likely to accept a loan offer for winger Manor Solomon before the end of the current transfer window.

The report claims that the Israel international has been told he can seek a temporary move away from the club after spending much of the past year sidelined due to injury.

Solomon hasn’t played for Tottenham since September

Solomon, 25, joined Spurs last summer after FIFA rules allowed him to suspend his contract with Ukrainian side Shakhtar Donetsk unilaterally following the outbreak of war in the area.

Having previously impressed while on loan at fellow Premier League side Fulham, Solomon started two of Spurs’ first five league matches of last term, providing two assists against Burnley.

He then suffered a serious meniscus injury, though, which ruled him out for the remainder of the campaign.

It is claimed that Tottenham are hoping to sign a new forward before the end of the window, and they have therefore decided to allow Solomon to leave on loan if a suitable offer is received.

The Israeli winger is contracted to Spurs until the end of the 2027/28 campaign, having signed a long-term deal when he joined the club last year.
