Tottenham are reportedly ready to reignite their interest in Japan international Keisuke Honda.

The Premier League outfit, who sit eighth in the table after picking up 13 points from their opening eight games, are understood to be considering a January move for the AC Milan midfielder.

The 29-year-old, who arrived at the San Siro from CSKA Moscow back in January 2014, has scored one goal in five appearances in all competitions for the Serie A giants so far this season.

Honda, who has 76 international caps to his name, was linked with a summer move to White Hart Lane, but the transfer never materialised.

However; following a disappointing personal start to the new campaign, the Japanese star is set for the San Siro exit during the New Year period, which has reportedly re-alerted Spurs’ interest.
