Stoke City have reportedly joined Tottenham in the race to sign England Under-21 international Saido Berahino.
The Premier League side, who face Doncaster Rovers in the FA Cup this weekend, are considering making a January bid for the out-of-favour West Brom striker.
The 22-year-old, who was called up to Roy Hodgson’s senior England squad back in November 2014, has scored just three league goals in 15 games for the Baggies this season.
Berahino, who came through the Midlands club’s youth academy system, is likely to leave the Hawthorns this month having not started a league game under manager Tony Pulis in over two months.
Fellow potential suitors Spurs had four bids turned down for the West Brom hitman during the summer transfer widow, which included a final offer of around £22.5m
