Ki Sung-Yueng has impressed throughout 2015 for Swansea

Swansea City are another club to have certainly experienced a year of two halves.

After securing an eighth-placed finish last term, the Swans started this campaign well, before suffering a dramatic dip in form which led to the exit of manager Garry Monk.

Despite an up and down 12 months though, the likes of Jonjo Shelvey and Lukasz Fabianski have been pretty consistent for the South Wales side.

However, we’ve opted for Korean midfielder Ki Sung-yueng, who was the fans’ 2014/15 Player of the Season and has been a key figure in the club’s recent upturn in results, as the our Swansea Player of the Year.
