Swansea see €10m offer for Senegal starlet turned down

Swansea City have reportedly had a €10m offer to sign Senegal forward Keita Balde Diao rejected, according to Sportsmediaset.

The Premier League side, who were knocked out of the FA Cup by League Two Oxford United on Sunday, are eager to thrash out a January deal for the Lazio winger.

The 20-year-old, who started his youth career with FC Barcelona, has scored three goals in 19 appearances in all competitions for the Serie A outfit this season.

Keita; who is also said to be interesting Aston Villa, Liverpool and Watford this month, has struggled to nail down a first-team spot for the Italian club, starting just six league games this term.

However Lazio want more than the initial €10m Alan Curtis’ side have offered.
