Swansea weigh up £2m plus offer for talented Championship duo

Swansea City are reportedly considering a late January move for Championship stars Zach Clough and Josh Vela, according to the Daily Mail.

The Premier League side, who impressively defeated Everton 2-1 on Saturday, are understood to be weighing up a joint offer for the Bolton Wanderers duo this month.

Striker Clough; 20, who came close to joining Bristol City a few weeks ago, has scored three goals in 13 league games for the struggling Trotters this season.

Meanwhile midfielder Vela; who can also operate at right-back, has netted once in 20 appearances in all competitions for Neil Lennon’s side this campaign.

It is understood that the Swans are willing to offer £2m plus add-ons based on appearances and top flight survival.
