Although McBurnie has become the star of the Under-23 side, he never lets it show on the pitch.

Constantly putting in a shift, its clear to see his talent is only improving those around him; as Swansea City’s Under-23 side have had an incredible season so far.

Although his desire is to play in the Premier League every week, he doesn’t let that hinder his relationship and work-rate for his also very talented Under-23 squad.

He will be getting more first-team appearances under new Swansea manager, Paul Clement, if he carries on in the same manner.

Teamwork is an asset that many young footballers can fall down on due to ego and arrogance, however McBurnie has it in abundance.
