SHOOT! are always on the look out for football’s ‘next big thing’ when it comes to unearthing the latest gem set to take the big stage by storm.

This week’s feature focuses on Tottenham starlet Samuel Shashoua, who is already shining for club and country at just 17-years-old.

The attacking midfielder, who is a England Under-18 international, is so highly-rated that he has already made his Spurs Under-23 debut, featuring in his side’s 3-1 defeat to London rivals Chelsea back in September.

With first-team manager Mauricio Pochettino recently comparing fellow Tottenham teenager Marcus Edwards to Argentina and FC Barcelona legend Lionel Messi; this video (via FFDTV) hints the Premier League side possess another skillful starlet amongst their young ranks, with Shashoua showcasing his rapid footwork and deadly dribbling ability that would bamboozle any defender on his day.

The Young Lion is certainly one to keep an eye out for in the near future. Remember the name!
