Just over a year ago, Marcus Rashford made a name for himself by bagging a brace on his senior Manchester United debut in the Europa League.

The 19-year-old was drafted into Louis van Gaal’s starting eleven for their clash with Midtjylland due to an injury to forward Anthony Martial, and the English striker made the most of his chance by scoring twice to help the Red Devils to an easy 5-1 victory.

Unsurprisingly, he was the talk of the country for the next few days, and just 72 hours after helping United reach the last 16 of Europe’s secondary competition, he scored twice in just three minutes to help van Gaal’s men to a 3-2 success over Arsenal in the Premier League.

Since those few days little over a year ago, Rashford’s career has completely transformed – he has made his debut and netted on it for England against Australia in May last year, and then made the final 23-man squad for the European Championships last summer, just four months after bursting onto the scene.

The teenager has also scored a winner in a Manchester derby and netted crucial Premier League goals against Aston Villa and Hull, so it’s been quite a 12 months for the young forward, but who is the next youngster ready to seize their chance if and when it arrives?

Well, we took a look at Man United’s pool of young talent, given the success of Rashford, and have identified TWO forwards who could be the next Rashford…
