These 2 Newcastle stars must leave in January for their own good

Achraf Lazaar

Achraf Lazaar was brought to Newcastle over the summer and is clearly a talented player, yet he has found opportunities hard to come by this season.

The Moroccan international, who missed out on a place in his country’s African Cup of Nations squad this month, has been playing second fiddle to Paul Dummett this season, and has thus been restricted to just five appearances.

Two of which have been starts, both in the domestic cup competitions, yet his three other appearances have come off the bench in the Championship, and total a measly 21 minutes on the pitch.

Thus, the 24-year-old could consider a loan move away from St James’ Park in the second half of the season in a bid to get more regular first team football.
