Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool picked up their ninth win of the Premier League season courtesy of a 2-0 success over Sunderland on Saturday.

Late goals from Divock Origi and James Milner secured an important three points for Klopp’s side, who bounced back well from last week’s disappointing 0-0 draw at Southampton with a hard-fought victory.

They were made to work by David Moyes’ men for long periods, but the result saw the Reds go back to the top of the Premier League, albeit just for a few hours as Chelsea beat Tottenham in the evening kick-off.

However, the gap to Antonio Conte’s side is just one point, and the Reds will feel confident of sustaining a title challenge this season after impressive results and performances in the first three months of the campaign.

Liverpool fans also have a League Cup quarter-final against Leeds to look forward to next week, and they’ll hope that they can go one better in that competition this time around following a disappointing defeat in the final to Manchester City last year.

Yet, some still feel that the Reds will come up short this season, and Klopp may already be looking at potential transfer targets so he can improve his squad in January.

He may look to bring in another forward, so here is the dream Liverpool front four, including one key January target…
