N’Golo Kante

There’s no coincidence that the two teams N’Golo Kante has played for in the last two years, Leicester and Chelsea, have topped the table, one of which went on to win the title, and other is well on its way to doing so.

The French international, who signed for the Foxes back in 2015 for just under £6 million, then made the move to Stamford Bridge last summer for over £30 million, and he has been worth every penny so far.

The 25-year-old has been absolutely magnificent for the Blues this term, be it his excellent reading of the game in the midfield, regularly breaking up opposition attacks and passes, or his quality ball retention under pressure.

Kante continues to get better and better, and there’s no doubt that his form between now and May will be crucial in helping Chelsea land a second Premier League title in three years.
