Arguably the most underrated midfielder in the Premier League, Spurs often play better when Mousa Dembele is on the pitch.

The Belgian international earned rave reviews during his spell at Fulham, which saw Spurs meet the £15 million clause in his contract back in 2012.

And since then the 29-year-old has gone from strength to strength, developing into an excellent all round midfielder who is just as effective going forward as he is going back.

His partnership with Wanyama in the middle is one of the best in the division, so keeping them two fit and fresh between now and May will be crucial to Spurs’ chances of reeling Chelsea in.
