Chelsea’s poor run of form in the Premier League continued on Tuesday as they were held to a 2-2 draw by Bournemouth at Stamford Bridge.

Cole Palmer had put the Blues in front in the first half, but Justin Kluivert’s penalty drew the visitors level before Antoine Semenyo put the Cherries ahead.

Captain Reece James – who was making his first league start since early November – salvaged a point for Enzo Maresca’s side late on with a superb free-kick.

The result extends Chelsea’s winless run in the Premier League to five games, and the West London outfit could still delve into the transfer market to bolster Maresca’s squad in an effort to improve their fortunes.

On the other hand, one of the Blues’ out of favour players is attracting attention from three European clubs.

According to CaughtOffside, German side Bayer Leverkusen and Italian outfits Juventus and Atalanta are interested in defender Axel Disasi.

It is claimed that the Frenchman will be allowed to leave Stamford Bridge if a suitable offer is received this month.

Disasi could leave Chelsea before the end of the current transfer window

Disasi, 26, joined the Blues from Ligue 1 side Monaco in the summer of 2023 and has since made a total of 60 appearances for the club across all competitions, scoring on five occasions.

The centre-back has found himself out of favour since the arrival of Maresca last summer, though, starting just four of Chelsea’s 21 Premier League matches so far this term.

Disasi has primarily been used as a right-back this season, but has captained Chelsea on several occasions in the Europa Conference League and Carabao Cup.

The France international is contracted to the West London side until the end of the 2028/29 having signed a long-term contract when he joined the club, but it appears increasingly likely that he could depart SW6 before the end of the current window.

Disasi’s chances of regular game time during the second half of the campaign have also been hindered by the club’s decision to recall central defender Trevoh Chalobah from his loan spell at Crystal Palace.
