Three players Chelsea could sign in the summer transfer window

The Express claim that Chelsea are set to pay £23million to land Inter Milan midfielder Matias Vecino this summer.

At 28, the Uruguay international has good experience and has made 17 Serie A appearances under Antonio Conte this term.

Now it’s claimed the Blues will put forward the money needed to sign the former Fiorentina player ahead of Everton.

Vecino moved to the San Siro in 2017 and has since played 92 matches for Nerazzurri in all competitions.
