9. Vladimir Weiss (Slovakia)

Weiss was a wonderkid at Man City

Once described as having 9/10 vision, 9/10 pace and 10/10 potential by Sky Sports Scout, many believed Weiss to be the next big thing when he was at Manchester City. However, his career in England never quite went to plan, which is a shame because he looked a great prospect. Weiss had mixed success from several loan spells whilst at the Etihad to teams such as Bolton Wanderers and Rangers. Regardless of the success, or lack of wherever it may be, the 25-year-old has remained an integral part of the Slovakia side since 2009 and will undoubtedly feature at next year’s championship.
