Sometimes brilliant, sometimes invisible, the Frenchman was not doing the business on a consistent basis. However, this season, the 24-year-old has really stepped up. Playing as a central striker, the ex-Monaco man has played with confidence and determination. This has resulted in him netting a career best 23 times in all competitions, while also registering six assists. Solskjaer will now hope he can get a similar figure out of the talented attacker next term.
